Led quality for 3 teams and 5 quality engineers: test strategy, coverage targets and CI gates.
Migrated the legacy test framework and shifted coverage to component tests to cut E2E run times. Two UTG awards in 2022.
Built XCUITest and Espresso suites for a mobile banking app and ran proofs of concept for new test tooling.
Built Espresso and EarlGrey suites for the Support mobile app, wrote Ruby CI tools, ran Ansible for CI machines, owned regression cycles and coached teams on test-first practice.
